I have tried to order lights from other websites and have not been pleased with the customer service as goods have been stuck in other countries, wrong labels have been put on, and other excuses given as to why I didn't receive orders. I am pleased to have found a company that actually delivers and does what it says it will do, i.e. sell and deliver good lights! The product was a good price and came well packaged. Will use it again👍

I don’t often leave reviews but I had to for this company. When I first ordered my light it arrived as said it was extremely well packaged and I was kept up to date throughout. The customer service was amazing and everyone I spoke to was so friendly and the products they sell are just such good quality! We won’t be buying light fittings anywhere else!

Fantastic customer service. Phoned to report an issue with my nearly two year old light and Josh was on it immediately. No quibble, no fuss, and a replacement in production to be delivered ASAP. Would definitely recommend it and we will be buying from the company again.

This is the 4th light I have ordered for family members - everything is always so easy.. ordering, quotes, communication, delivery, and a beautiful product. I love this company. Josh and Lewis are super helpful

NYRA Lightning has a great range of lighting products - useful info and a very helpful team (when I emailed for advice, not once, but twice!) They really could not have been more helpful when I phoned for advice. Have now placed multiple orders with them and found on each and every occasion a truly great service (super speedy for all in-stock items)!
