1. Shipping & Delivery
As each table is handmade to order, please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for production and delivery. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we’ll provide tracking and delivery information. 

2. Returns & Refunds

All our tables are individually handmade to order. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. Please check all measurements, materials and finishes carefully before ordering.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.

3. Assembly & Installation
Most of our tables arrive fully assembled and ready to place in your home. If any installation or assembly is required, clear instructions and the necessary components will be included in the box. 

4. Care & Maintenance
For care advice tailored to your specific table, please message our team.

* Marble: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach and abrasive products, as natural marble can stain or etch.
* Travertine: Clean gently with a soft cloth and pH-neutral cleaner. Wipe spills promptly and avoid acidic products such as vinegar or lemon-based cleaners.
* Always use coasters and placemats, and avoid placing extremely hot items directly onto the surface.

* Natural stone varies in colour, veining and texture. These characteristics make every table unique and are not considered faults.

5. Warranty & Damages
All our tables include a three-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience an eligible issue, we’ll arrange the appropriate replacement part or product. 

Note: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so our team can assist.
