Chandelier is OK looking. The gold is too fake looking and when you’re looking at it from the bottom up, it doesn’t look good. it came with many of the crystals damaged, pieces of the arm that hold light bulbs loose/not properly installed. Requested for a replacement, but they kept asking me for pictures, even though I provided them with several picture. I was planning to buy two more from this place, but I think this will be my only purchase. They were quick to respond at first, but then they changed. The lightbulbs all burned out a week after being installed. I don’t think they work in the US very well even though they said they would. The price is affordable.

Very nice chandelier, but heavy. It is recommended to install before placing the crystal. I thought it would be smaller, but it's just the perfect size for a living room with high ceilings. It's definitely worth the money.
